From the USA, Paypal is our payment processor,  a Paypal account is not required as they directly accept major credit and  debit  cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
The payment will be processed by PAYPAL and shipped by Fed Ex.

It is not necessary to have a user to make a purchase, you can do it as a visitor in the site, but if you generate a user you will be able to keep your username and see your activity history on the site.

For the United States, Once the order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number of your purchase (check your SPAM folder if you do not receive it).
Processing and shipping the order can take up to 4 working days, then FedEx International Economy shipping will typically take another 4 business days.

For the USA:  In general the shipment is made in a maximum of 4 days after the purchase, we then ship via FedEx International Economy shipping (4-6 days), for total time of approximately 10 days more or less.
For greater security with rush orders for special events like birthdays, etc, we recommend confirming with us our stock and delivery time.

Exchanges

Our handcrafted pieces are made with natural materials, so there may be some differences in relation to the pictures published as reference, no two pieces are the same, so we do not accept exchanges regarding variations in the color of wood, leather, wool, or other natural variations.  We can send a photo of the prepared piece before shipment, if requested.

Those customers who have lost their order during shipment or have received it damaged will receive a replacement of the same piece. These claims will be accepted up to a maximum of 48 hours after receipt of the damaged artwork.

 

Caring for Products

The pieces are made of carved wood and are combined with other materials used in their natural undyed colors, leather, wool and wool felt. Due to its characteristics it is necessary to take some care for its better conservation.
Do not expose to dusty environments. To clean the wool pieces, use an open mesh to wrap them gently and make soft touches with the vacuum cleaner.
Regularly apply an anti-moth spray.
Display on stable surface where they are protected from knocks and falls.
This collection was conceived as decorative objects and is not suitable for children’s play.
